This clamp allows you to connect two horizontal bars to a common center pole.

A couple of cool features: The positioning mechanism tightens down by a wing nut which locks the clamp in the position and the angle that you want it at.
The c-clamp portion is a hinge which allows for adding and removal of the bar.
