Grover "Perfect" Guitar Extension Nut

Designed to fit over a standard 6-string nut, the Grover Perfect Guitar Nut raises the strings to allow playing with a steel bar, Dobro-style.

Will not throw your guitar out of tune. Grover improved intonation by adding a fixed leading edge and graduated string slots to their extender nut. The result is more accurate notation when playing with a slide.

A simple, reversible mod. Explore the lap steel without making an investment in a new instrument. There's no need to modify your instrument or install a new nut; simply remove it for standard playing.

The Grover Perfect Guitar Nut is made of unplated zinc, and is notched for 1-5/8" (41.28mm) string spread.

It raises the strings allowing your guitar to be played as a slide steel or Hawaiian guitar. Its body mass gives more sustain and a brighter sound. 47mm long.
