The Class Act books provide fun and motivating material for the beginner learning in a small group or class situation.

The series not only provides a wealth of easy music with a 'feel good' jazzy accompaniment (on CD as well as in the teacher's copy), but also rhythm and ear-training exercises, practice patterns, and extensive activities linked to the National Curriculum principles.

Class Act works alongside the teacher. The books provide an abundance of musical material while allowing teachers to use their own ideas on technique and theory.

The book encourages playing by ear and introduces notes one at a time to promote sounds musical literacy.

Class Act provides the WHOLE CLASS with opportunities and inspiration.
