This transcription for concert band was completed in 1988 at the requestof Lowell E. Graham, the conductor of the Air Combat Command HERITAGE O F AMERICA BAND, stationed at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. The premier of this work for band was performed at the Virginia Music Educators National Conference on March 14, 1988.
