With Posuo Pishon, Xuntian He continues his series of compositions for piano that does not want to be shackled by any cultural or academic tradition. Ultimately, the Chinese composer feels no obligation to either Western or Eastern culture. Rather, according to his individual style, He explores what surprising melodic and rhythmic structures are possible on the piano.
