Minor Madness is a grade 1.5 minor key swing chart. The opening melodic statement features stop time in the rhythm section before moving to a straight-ahead swing feel on the bridge. Material from the introduction is then used as a transition to the solo section. The shout chorus features unison rhythms that are very helpful in getting young players to phrase properly. Introductory material returns at the end
