Pirastro Evah Pirazzi Gold rosin is formulated specifically to complement Evah Pirazzi Gold violin strings, supporting their full tonal range, projection and bow response. It improves bow response in softer dynamics and helps the string react cleanly to fast, virtuosic bow strokes. The rosin’s grip on the string allows an even sound to be drawn out with clear articulation and no harshness, giving a smooth, controlled playing feel from the first application. It produces only minor dust and leaves little to no residue on the bow hair or string contact point. As with all Pirastro rosins, only a thin, sparing application is needed — less is required compared with many other rosins.
