The MantaRay headlines SABIANʼs Metal Month campaign, focusing on cymbals built for power, projection, and distinctive musical expression. With its asymmetric shape, explosive attack, trashy character, lower pitch, powerful projection, and fast decay, the MantaRay gives a strong story and a bold alternative to a traditional China cymbal. Developed with Ray Luzier, it was designed to cut through a heavy mix, make an immediate impact, and get out of the way without excessive wash.
