The whole of the songs of the Prague composer Erwin Schulhoff, who had been persecuted by the National Socialists for the years 1910-1937, now appears as a first publication in three volumes. His very different phases of life and work are also documented: If volumes I and II stand for the emancipation of a Wagner Debussy succession, in addition to the well-known atonal five chants of 1919, jazzy naughty hits and political masses, Its turn to communism after 1933.
