Uses: Pentecost

Scripture: Ephesians 5: 19, Acts 2:1-4

From the very first measure, this anthem announces a fresh world sound into the sanctuary. The unique percussion part and the style of vocal writing add a unique color to this most unusual Pentecost proclamation. The music starts with a whisper mixing with the sounds of a rainstick and primal percussion, and then, ever so gently, grows into a ful l rich wall of sound with its message of God's indwelling Spirit of grace.
