This fresh, new work describes the wonder and adventure of the winter season. All sections alternate between both melody and accompaniment throughout, while staying mainly in first position. The viola part is particularly interesting with important accompanying ostinati. You will enjoy adding this lively piece to your winter, holiday concert, or festival repertoire.
